

The VIP lofts are premier seating featuring elevated platforms, with cushioned bench seating and feature a server providing your group cocktail service. They can accommodate 10-15+ guests. Located on our ground floor, with the elevation providing some the best views in the room for concerts, and the comfort of your own VIP railing enclosed area and server.
The VIP lofts can be reserved with a non-refundable reservation fee with an additional commitment of a drink minimum for the party (plus tax and 20% gratuity to be spent the night of the event). Reservation Policies:
The reservation is from 8:00 PM-1:00 AM - please note your time of arrival when booking.
This upgrade does not include the cover charge which will need to be paid individually per guest at the door ($5-10, depending on the night of our General Admission Events, and prices vary on National Act and Promoter Ticketed Events).
The reservation rental fee is to guarantee your designated VIP space for the night and is non-refundable.
Please, no balloons or outside food/drinks are allowed. If you are interested in having catering for your group, please contact concierge@thefloridiansocial.com
All drinks must be ordered through your designated cocktail server. All drink orders must be on one tab to keep track of the drink minimum - however, the tab can be split up evenly among your party and paid separately. If the drink minimum is not met, the card on file will be charged the difference.
